Overwork and fatigue are the most common causes of stress in the workplace. This program is designed to help participants learn new perspectives and techniques that dramatically reduce stress and tension. By decreasing stress in a healthy, practical way, we can achieve a sense of balance and enjoy a richer, more rewarding life. 


This program teaches how to:

Program Format

Reducing Stress in the Workplace is available as a 2 to 3 hour workshop. This program can also be formatted as a 40 to 60 minute lecture that incorporates the fundamental aspects presented in the workshop.


Part 1 - How to Reduce Stress

Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress and finding strategies for managing them. The better we are at understanding our own stress, the less other people’s stress will negatively affect us and the more we can positively affect those around us.

Learning Outcomes
